Every PoleBarnes building package includes engineered trusses, pressure-treated columns, steel roof and wall panels, trim, overhead doors, walk doors, fasteners, and a stamped plan set. We do not include foundations, concrete, plumbing, electrical, or interior finishes — those are handled by your local trades.
How long does shipping take?
Most building packages ship within 2-4 weeks of order placement. Lead times vary by manufacturer and season. You will see estimated lead times when you submit your configuration for quotes. Rush orders may be available from some manufacturers at additional cost.
What if I need a custom size or design?
Our configurator supports custom dimensions beyond the preset sizes. If you need a fully custom design — like a barndominium with a specific floor plan or a commercial building with crane loads — you can work with a professional designer through our marketplace.
